Meet the 3Land project team

Since March 2026, the 3Land programme has welcomed a pair of project managers (trilingual in French, German and English) who specialises in project management as well as cross-border and intercultural cooperation.

Valentine Hagenbach oversees the administrative aspects of the 3Land project.

As a qualified lawyer, she completed her doctoral thesis as part of a Franco-German joint supervision programme at the Universities of Strasbourg and Freiburg im Breisgau.

She has gained practical experience in project coordination and contract management at AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG, as well as in administrative cooperation at the French Consulate General in Stuttgart.
Within the Trinational Eurodistrict Basel, she leads the trinational working groups, supports the financial management of the 3Land project and oversees the tendering processes.

Caroline Romang is in charge of the Nova Bridge project, which is funded by the INTERREG VI Upper Rhine programme.

She holds a Master’s degree in the Management of Franco-German Territorial Networks, which she obtained from the University of Strasbourg and the School of Public Administration in Kehl, and specialises in intercultural communication and project management.

Her professional career, shaped by her work as a parliamentary assistant in the French Senate, demonstrates great versatility. As project and partnership officer at the Pays de Bitche Tourist Office, she applied her skills in strategic communication and her operational diligence to promote tourism development and strengthen local cooperation.

She is responsible for administrative and financial management, project communication, and liaising with partners on both sides of the future bridge.
