The 3Land project has been awarded funding from the European Commission as part of the “Resilient Borders” program. With nearly 40,000 euros in funding, the 3Land partners will update the 3Land Spatial Concept over the coming months to advance joint cross-border development.

Initially published in 2015, the 3Land Spatial Concept is a cornerstone of cooperation in the border triangle. The support from “Resilient Borders” will enable the concept to evolve, addressing current and future challenges while adapting to changing conditions and the partners' needs.

“Resilient Borders” is an EU initiative aimed at bolstering resilience in cross-border regions through joint spatial planning and crisis management. The European Union is thus supporting 20 projects that foster collaboration between authorities, encourage the exchange of knowledge and contacts, and provide valuable insights for other regions.

The program is managed by the Association of European Border Regions (AEBR) and the Mission Opérationnelle Transfrontalière (MOT).
